Whether your dog is nervous, overexcited, reactive, or socially inexperienced, Structured Social Walks offer a safe and enriching space to practice real-life skills in real-time. These walks foster a feedback loop where your dog begins to understand that you understand them. And once that happens, trust grows. Stress decreases. Communication becomes clearer. And walking together starts to feel like something you both look forward to. The benefits of these walks transfer into everyday life—from calmer leash behavior to better manners at home. As your dog gains clarity, they begin to understand what is expected of them. And as you grow more fluent in your dog’s body language, you begin to respond in ways that prevent escalation and nurture trust. These walks help you set clear expectations and boundaries on both ends of the leash, making everyday life feel more predictable, connected, and enjoyable. How It Works 📚 Step 1: Meet & Match (15 Minutes) 📝 Every new participant begins with a complimentary Meet & Match session—a 15-minute one-on-one introduction where we assess your dog’s comfort level, social preferences, and communication style. The purpose of this session is to determine the most appropriate environment for learning for your individual dog, as well as to understand which current or future participants will be a good fit for your dog's pace, communication style, and emotional needs. This ensures that each walk is set up for success. For dogs that are reactive, shy, fearful, easily overstimulated, or unsure of other dogs, this initial meeting is a vital step in supporting emotional safety and long-term growth. Step 2: Individual Booking – One Walk at a Time 🌿 After the Meet & Match, I will ask you to fill out an AVAILABILITY FORM to determine your schedule and location preferences. Once you have chosen a package that suits you and your dog, you are welcome to book walks one at a time. This gives us the flexibility to adjust your dog’s pairings to the right dog friends and environment. The first familiarization walk is currently at no cost for a limited time. Walk locations are also adapted to your dog’s comfort level as well as your own geographical convenience (Humber Bay, Lakeview, Port Credit, and Oakville), ensuring the setting supports learning
